How do I become a member?

We ask new customers to complete a warehouse membership form when they arrive. Membership is free but please don't forget to bring one of the following documents – your driver's license, passport, or a utility bill that displays your name and address, you have to be over 18 to become a member. We want to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers, so please understand that we are only able to admit individuals who are 13 years or older into the sales area. Under 13's / small children and  babies are permitted to sit in our refreshment area accompanied by a responsible adult.  Once you've become a registered member, you'll receive a membership card, which we'll scan at the checkout.

Why do I need to register?

Registration is a simple process, and the best part is, it's completely free! We encourage registration so that you can gain access to our exclusive trade prices and fully understand and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in our membership form.

Do I have to be a business or VAT registered?

No, anyone aged 18 and above is welcome to become a member at our warehouse. Just remember to bring a valid ID during your first visit!

Is there a minimum spend?

There is no minimum spend! So feel free to come and have a look round once you are a member.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we offer convenient free parking right outside the warehouse.

Do you accept returns?

No, we strictly adhere to our no-returns and no-exchanges policy as outlined in the terms and conditions of our warehouse membership form. This commitment ensures that every product you purchase from us is brand new and unused. We strongly recommend that customers check the goods before leaving the warehouse to ensure they meet their requirements. Additionally, it's a good practice to avoid over-purchasing items. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty item, we are more than willing to address and rectify the issue. 

Can members order from your online catalogue?

No, all our items are self-service and available for direct purchases at our warehouse. Sorry we do not offer online ordering or delivery services.

What if I am a floristry student under the age of 18?

Floristry students are welcome to visit our warehouse when presenting a valid student card. We value the importance of education and are happy to accommodate young floristry enthusiasts. If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to call us.

Do the warehouse/online catalogue prices include VAT?

No, our prices are trade prices, and 20% VAT is not included. So if the trade price is £1.00 the retail price at checkout is £1.20.

Are the premises wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our warehouse is wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure that all our customers, regardless of their mobility, can comfortably and conveniently shop and attend workshops. Do you accept Debit and Credit cards?

Yes, we accept Debit and Credit cards, however we do not accept American Express due to high charges.
